Special publication on the winners of the European eGovernment Awards 2009
16 February 2010 The publication introduces a number of observed trends in the European eGovernment Awards 2009 and includes articles on each of the five winners. The winners represent different initiatives and good practice on how ICT can improve service delivery to citizens and businesses across Europe. The awarded projects were selected from among 259 case submissions by an independent jury. Furthermore, the publication provides the jury’s appreciation of the winners plus the two nominees in each category.
